Nien Maneuvers: X-Wing 2.0 Pilot Build

Nien Nunb

Nien Nunb is going to make those Imperial Aces regret getting into a dogfight with him! This Sullustan pilot is superbly maneuverable.

Nien Nunb

Nien Nunb is still flying strong in X-Wing 2.0 as one of the top Rebel Aces. At an impressive initiative of 5, Nien can keep up with even the likes of Baron Soontir Fel. Nien has a unique ability to get rid of stress after he gains a stress token if there is an enemy ship in his primary arc at range 0-2.  This incredible ability can have Nien flying stress-free if he plays his ship controls just right.R5-X3

To help Nien Nunb on his flight maneuvers, R5-X3 will be assisting. Before you activate or engage, you may spend 1 charge to ignore obstacles until the end of this phase. This can help Nien fire accurately through obstacles and can even help him fly right through asteroids to engage his enemies in close range. Spare Parts Canisters

To keep Nien free on his maneuver path, Spare Parts Canisters are needed. This Modification upgrade gives you additional charges for R5-X3 and can help add obstacles to the battlefield. As an action, you can spend 1 charge to either recover 1 charge on an equipped Astromech upgrade or can drop 1 spare parts obstacle and break all locks on you. It’s good to have options, and spare parts can help save your ship in a pinch.

Pattern Analyzer

Too keep Nien frosty on his more difficult maneuvers, a Pattern Analyser is a useful Tech option. While you fully execute a red maneuver, you may perform an action before you gain 1 stress token. This can be just the boost Nien needs to perform a Tallon Roll, boost into range 1 of an enemy, and remove your stress token.

Keep your pilots stress free and they will go far!
