Sinister Silencer: Star Wars X-Wing

The TIE Silencer is closing in for the kill, and this new build will make use of sneaky tactics that will be hard to counter. Rebel fighters beware!

A new TIE Silencer pilot incoming! Blackout is at pilot skill 7 and has one heck of a unique pilot ability. When attacking, if the attack is obstructed, the defender rolls 2 fewer defense dice to a minimum of 0. This is a great way to lower the defenses of ships that believe they are save by hugging obstacles. Blackout is waiting to pounce!

Since Blackout will live near obstacles, Trick Shot is a natural fit for him. When attacking, if the attack is obstructed, you may roll 1 additional attack die. 4 attack dice with -2 to defensive dice is a great way to start the day!

Since Blackout will be so close to obstacles, Collision Detector is a great way to keep him safe and on target. When performing a boost or barrel roll, your ship and maneuver template may overlap obstacles. When rolling for obstacle damage, you only take damage on crit rolls. This is a great way to get Blackout into his obstructed position without worrying of action restrictions near obstacles.

Since boost and barrel rolls will help ensure that Blackout gets his obstructed bonuses, stress tokens can restrict his movements. Primed Thrusters makes it so that he can still perform boost and barrel roll actions unless he has 3 or more stress tokens. This can help when performing Tallon Rolls around obstacles.

Blackout has a unique way of approaching the battlefield. Obstacles are his bread and butter and he is ready to dish out the damage on Resistance fighters.
