The Drukhari Cult of Strife Charadon 40k rules are here- Check out everything the Wych Cult can do!
The images of the book were recently spotted on Imgur, with all the rules for DE in the Book of Rust. After looking at the rules, the Piety and Pain box is looking even better.
The only thing that sucks, is these are different rules from the codex, so to get all the new Drukhari rules you have to spend $110 on rules this weekend…
Anyway, this isn’t an army of Renown, like some of the others. So, you won’t have any setbacks to use the rules at least.

Obviously, to take advantage of the rules, you must take the Cult of Strife. This is Lelith’s personal Cult, so you know it’s strong. But after looking at the codex rules, she doesn’t look that much better than a kitted-out Succubus.
Stratagems (8)
Dance of Death is really nice, especially with being able to advance and charge. For every phase of their movement, they can just go right through units.
Then Art of the Kill gives you reroll all wounds, pretty nice! With the +1 strength you can really dish out the damage, and this gives you more chances to wound on 6’s which means more AP.

When you the Blade Well Placed on a big unit of Wyches, Jetbikes, or Hellions, it’s really impactful for 2 CP. Especially with Blade Artists, this can get them -3 AP (bikes and Hellions or the special Wych Weapons)! When you combine that with the increased strength and damage from the Hellions, they will be Marine killing machines!
If you have ten hellions, that’s 41 (or 51 depending on drugs) possible attacks on the charge, that’s on average, 5 6’s to wound so -3 AP, and another 9 wounds at -2 AP, all at D2. Meaning you could easily kill 7-8 marines in one combat. This gets even better if you give them the additional Strength drug because then, they are wounding on 3’s!
This isn’t anything too crazy, but being able to fall back and then charge what else you want is really nice. These are just some of the Stratagems, check out all of them here on Imgur
Warlord Traits (3)
Competitive Edge is probably the most interesting. It’s a little confusing, but any attacks that don’t cause wounds (after saves), you get to redo! Master Executioner is also pretty nice, rerolling wounds is never a bad thing.
