Win gold this month in Creature Caster’s resin beast painting competition at Adepticon 2019. Thousands of dollars in prizes are up for grabs in this new contest!
Adepticon is the mecca of everything tabletop. Creature Caster is responsible for dishing out beautiful unique minis usable for all kinds of games. With that said, Creature Caster will have a booth at Adepticon where you can submit your minis to see if your paint job is the best! Check out the details on their Resin Beast Competition!
Rules To Remember
- You’ll need to bring in a SINGLE Creature Caster model (so no busts). The footprint can’t be beyond 150mm X 150mm. If any part of the model is beyond the size, it can be refused for entry.
- Conversions are allowed but no additional points are given for conversion work.
- You can only enter one model per person.
- You can only enter in what you paint. Don’t use somebody else’s work.
- You must have an Adepticon Weekend badge to enter.
- You can have someone submit your work if you can’t personally attend. However, you must have an email sent with a picture of your entry next to your government issued ID. Send emails to support@creaturecaster.com with subject line Resin Beast Entry.
- All entries have to be submitted by March 29 and give the contact information to the people at the booth.
What’s In It For You?
The Single figure awards are:
- First Place: Receives $2000 USD, two Creature Caster models, and a Gold Resin Beastie Trophy.
- Second Place: Receives $1000 USD, two Creature Caster models, and a Silver Resin Beastie Trophy.
- Third Place: Receives $1000 USD, one Creature Caster model, and a Bronze Resin Beastie Trophy.
Sub-Category Awards:
Sub-Categories do not require entry into a specific category. They are awarded to the best entries in the competition that fulfill a set of specific criteria. Entries can only ever receive one award (i.e. You could not win both the Single Figure Second Place award and a New Blood Sub-category award).
- It’s A-Live Award (Streamed painting of entry for at least 1 hour live) receives $200 USD and one Creature Caster model a month for one year! (not available to certain countries, restrictions apply, see faq).
- New Blood Awards (Entrant has never placed [1st, 2nd, 3rd] in any competition larger than a local store event): first place receives $200 USD, second place receives $100 USD, and third place receives $100 USD.
