GW revealed the Horus Heresy Scorpius, 40k trading cards, and White Dwarf pre-orders for this week!
Whether you’re looking for stocking stuffers or new releases for games like Horus Heresy, GW has you covered this week, along with all the new Battleforces as well.
Legiones Astartes: Scorpius Missile Tank
Requests for heavy artillery have been approved. The Scorpius Missile Tank is ready to roll onto the battlefields of the Horus Heresy and provide fire support. Even if it fails to turn a Tactical Squad into a smoking crater, it may still leave them pinned and unable to act.
The Scorpius is a great new release for Horus Heresy that has also seen play in Warhammer 40k.
White Dwarf 483
The last issue of White Dwarf for 2022 goes on pre-order next weekend and it’s packed with awesome hobby content, including a Leagues of Votann battle report, rules, and 44 cards for Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer Age of Sigmar map campaigns, and loads more.
Looks like tons of new narrative content is packed inside this holiday issue!
Panini: Warhammer 40,000: Dark Galaxy Trading Cards
After the success of the Warriors of the Emperor Stickers and Sticker Album our pals at Panini have created the Warhammer 40,000 Dark Galaxy trading card collection. This new official collection consists of a core set of 225 cards comprising 150 Only War cards, 75 Special Cards, and 500 Parallel Cards available with special finishes that are harder to find!
You’ll be able to kick things off with a Starter Set, which contains a Collector’s Album card binder, three packets of cards, and a map of the Dark Galaxy, or you can go bigger with a Blaster Box or even a Mega Box with even more cards!
Trading cards are kind of neat, but unless this gets a following, they are strictly for fans and not re-sellers, more than likely.
We had seen a ton of previews for these already, as they are already up for sale on Panini’s website.
Munchkin Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer Age of Sigmar
Enter the wacky world of Munchkin with Warhammer 40,000 or Warhammer Age of Sigmar to hunt down loot, kill heretics and monsters, and stab your pals in the back. Both games are perfect for a dash of Warhammer-themed fun with friends and family on a rainy Boxing Day afternoon.

Mark this week’s release of the full-length cut of the Warhammer+ animation Interrogator by picking up a hoodie or T-shirt in appropriately monochrome colours. They bear suitably moody images from the series and are available to buy right now.
