Joshua’s winning Necrons were led by Szeras for a super solid lone operative that buffs nearby battleline AP, a Plasmancer to provide Mortal Wounds, three Technomancers for durability boosting/healing, and a C’tan for a larger solo threat.

Battleline brings in a single unit of Immortals for a built-in re-roll unit that can also benefit from Szeras’ support.

Two Doom Stalkers add much-needed long-range threats, while three units of Wraiths are used to charge and lock up or kill enemy units. A unit of Deathmarks and two Destroyers add a few more cheap ranged models to the gun lines to remove the opposition!

In conclusion, the top Warhammer 40k army lists from the Richmond Open 2024 were dominated by Necrons, Chaos Daemons, and T’au Empire. Joshua Campbell’s Necrons army emerged as the ultimate winner, thanks to its well-balanced composition and tactical prowess.

With its sturdy and versatile units, it was able to take down even the toughest opponents. Overall, these army lists provide valuable insights for aspiring and veteran Warhammer 40k players alike.
