Here is the teaser from this week’s White Dwarf 98:

“An exclusive mission for Horus Heresy: Betrayal at Calth”

So it looks like we’ll be getting an eighth mission for the board game in next week’s White Dwarf, as the holiday season marches on.

Here at the Spikey Bits studio we’ve been busy playing BIGGER games of Betrayal at Calth and working on some rules to help scale up the game.

Some of our thoughts are objective based missions like normal 40k, and adding more board tiles to incorporate bigger numbers of units, etc.

You can checkout out our rough draft of rules for games of 500 and 1000 points using the Horus Heresy Crusade book for points for more information.

I would like to think that hopefully there are new unit expansions on the way for this game, perhaps with more game tiles or command card decks.

Perhaps IF the community shows enough interest in this format, maybe the new Specialist games studio can get involved in this process too!

What rules would YOU like to see for expanding the Betrayal at Calth game, or did you just but it for the minis?
