Looks like Magore will be pretty easy to inspire as he hits 50% of the time with no support! Hopefully, the rest of the warband has the same condition!
Crank up the killy with Blood Frenzy making hits on a 3+ essentially with no support, and you’ll be drawing cards for killing most mid-level characters with To the Victor! Shake about seems good because you get to dictate direction now, so setting up assist traps with these pack hunters will be even easier!
On the Stormcast side of things, you’ll have to keep these guys moving to inspire them and from the looks of advancing strike, there will be cards in their deck to help them seize the day on the other side of the boards.
Don’t dismiss the ranged ability on Farstrider either, teamed up with a squad mate with the overcharged version they can wreak havoc from afar as well. Lone Warrior is similar to whispers which round out hammer attacks to a 3+, and quick thinker looks fun to use in just about any reactionary deck out there.
Big news, however, may be the fact that their faction symbols do not match the previous Khorne and Stormcast expansions, so it looks like these factions will be self-contained as they make their way through their entrapment inside the glass.
So Stormcast Fastriders and Khorne Magore’s Fiends will be out April 14th and they’re going to cost $30 each. They’re both going to be getting new card sleeves (8) and dice packs ($10).

Meanwhile, in the City of Mirrors, two new Warhammer Underworlds warbands will be joining the fray:
Magore’s Fiends are a hard-hitting pack of Khorne-worshipping Blood Warriors, while the Farstriders combine the stalwart durability of their kin in Steelheart’s Champions with the elite training and ranged wargear of the Vanguard Chambers. Both of these warbands will be out soon, with a range of new cards, new mechanics and new tricks for every player to try.
