In one of it’s most ambitious game designs yet, Games Workshop has really given hobbyists an amazing product beneath all the great models in the new Horus Heresy box set.
This new game combines elements from Space Hulk, Warhammer 40k, and yes even Age of Sigmar to really produce some exciting narrative driven game-play. A few flaws aside this game could really provide an amazing basis for a streamlined, cohesive, standardized competitive game that scaled from skirmish to squad based level play. At the very least it would make a GREAT new kill team or combat patrol format with a few easy tweeks.
