Ever wondered what the next version of Power Armor would look like? Well wonder no more with the Deviation from Orcbruto!

A more detailed look at my idea of a lighter, more maneuverable and less bulky Power Armor in Warhammer 40k universe, the MK IX Punisher is formed by two layers of armor. The underlayer is made of a strong non-newtonian polymerenveloped into various layers of carbon nanotubes and aerogel.
The inside part of the underlayer is capable of maintaining the user temperature, pressure and protects from mostly impact damage, radiation and corrosive substances. The Adeptus Astartes version (in the picture) comes with dozens of artificial muscles, made of electroactive polymers. The layer reads the electrical input from the Astartes nerves thru the Black Carapace and activate the artificial muscles in conjunct with the biological muscles of the wearer, multiplying it’s strength and speed, allowing the user to run and fight for a long time with almost no effort.
The overlayer is composed of arm armor, chestplate, helmet, leg, backpack and waist protection, crafted from ceramite, durasteel and adamantium. The backpack houses batteries, oxygen, water and nutritional supplies, to keep the wearer alive, feed, breathing and healthy even in the void of space. The chestplate contains an HUD mounted facing the head of the wearer, that display the armor status, motion detector, maps and radio.
The helmet is divided into three pieces: a skullcap that connects to the back of the head, a mask that connects to the maw and a crown that connects both parts, allowing the wearer to talk and move the head freely into any direction. The mask countains visors with HUD, headphones and microphones, as well as oxygen mask and water/liquid food tubes, allowing the wearer to breath, eat and drink without the need to take out the mask.
Many helmet variations are possible, usually to show the wearer rank or role in combat.
The Punisher Pattern can be crafted into Adeptus Astartes size or normal human size (without the artificial muscles) for Inquisitors and Adeptas Sororitas.
