How To: Magnetizing Land Raider Sponsons

Today I have a easy little conversion that can help keep more gaming dollars in your pocket.

Ever wanted to make both variants from a single Land Raider Crusader / Redeemer tank?

Well now may definitely be just the right time, with the price of this kit going up to $75!!

The other day I was building up some of these tanks for a variant Grey Knight army I’ve been working on, and decided to try to make both tanks.

Turns out, it’s pretty easy. All you need are some magnets (see my general magnet tutorial here), glue and kicker. Oh and a pin vice, with a 1/16″ drill bit.

Once you gather up the necessary materials, it’s all down hill. Just drill some uniformly placed holes on each part, and glue!
