The overall design of this model looks absolutely amazing, Games workshop really did a great job at redesigning this model. But looks aside, his rules are what we really should be taking a look at.Cypher Reap What You Sow

Cypher has one downside if you bring him, and it comes in the form of As Ye Sow, So Shall Ye Reap. Cypher cannot be selected as the Warlord of an Army, and the leadership characteristic of the Warlord of an army that Cypher is in suffers a -1 penalty to their Leadership. Talk about risk to reward strategy.

Cypher Blazing Weapons

Cypher has mastered the dual pistols he’s carries. As a result, Blazing Weapons allows Cypher to shoot his pistols once after running, or both of his pistols twice in his shooting phase.  He also uses his full Ballistic Skill, BS 10, when making Overwatch Shots, ultimately giving you  a 2+ with reroll, and on your reroll you simply need another 2+. During his assault phase, half of Cypher’s close combat attacks (rounding up) are Strength for AP5, and all remaining attacks are Strength 7 AP 2.

Cypher Divine Protection

Divine Protection is another unique skill when we take a look at Cypher. When he’s lost his last wound, if there is a model with in D6″, then Cypher is assumed to be captured alive. If there is no enemy models within the D6″ when he is removed as a casualty, the he is considered to have made a miraculous escape. Upon his escape he will not be considered a casualty, and no Victory Points will be awarded.

The only person left for us to see is Grand Master Voldus. Be sure to check back in with us as we will be putting the video and write-up out as soon as we get it.
