A huge development for Star Wars X-Wing. The Empire can rejoice for the TIE Aggressor has finally emerged from hyperspace reinforcements!
The TIE aggressor was designed for long missions, supply chain raids, and tactical flexibility, and in X-Wing™, it can lend a great deal of tactical flexibility to your Imperial fleet. Much of this versatility comes through the ship’s ability to equip a turret weapon and a pair of missiles. Altogether, the TIE Aggressor Expansion Pack pairs its pre-painted miniature starfighter with four ship cards and five upgrades, plus everything else you need to fly the ship to battle.
The TIE Aggressor finally makes into the X-Wing scene! This TIE features a plethora of upgrade option not seen before in a TIE platform. 2 rocket slots and a turret are now options for the TIE! Slap a Twin Laser Turret on it or even one of the new turrets.
Synced Turret can attack at range 1-2 with 3 attack dice. You must have a Target Lock to fire this turret, so be mindful of positioning. If you catch an enemy in your firing arc however, you may reroll dice up to your primary weapon value, so it acts as a pseudo Target Lock reroll. Either way, it will be fun to fire turrets with a TIE fighter! Let’s get to the latest missile upgrade.
Unguided Rockets fires at range 1-3 with 3 attack dice, but you only need a Focus token to fire these babies. Your attack dice can be modified only be spending a focus however, but the cool thing about this upgrade is that you do not have to discard it after you use it! Fire it again and again! Blast those Rebel Scum.
