Duchess is a deadly TIE Striker at Pilot Skill 8. But shes comes with the nifty ability to ignore the Adaptive Ailerons upgrade if you so choose. This gives you much needed flexibility with a ship that has an upgrade with a drawback.

Adaptive Ailerons is a useful upgrade that can give you a free boost, but the fact that you must perform the boost is a little limiting. With Duchess, if a boost would be a bad move for you, you can choose to not perform it. This is what sets Duchess apart from other TIE Striker pilots.

Juke is a super cool upgrade that gives you a defensive and offensive boost all in one. This can help offset the somewhat weak agility of 2. But the next uograde will see to it that little Duchess will be safe from retaliatory fire.

The Lightweight Frame upgrade allows you to roll 1 additional defense dice if the attack outweighs the defense. This is a great upgrade for the agility 2 TIE Striker. Duchess is a hard to pin down fighter that will have a super strong defense to crack through. Could this be the next top Imperial ace? Only time will tell and play testing this scrappy little fighter.
