Wubba lubba DubDub! McDonald’s has announced the return of the most epic sauce ever – Szechuan Sauce that was recently made popular again by Rick and Morty.
McDonald’s is changing up the menu again! Their new Buttermilk Crispy Tenders are coming out with brand new breading and 100% white chicken and blah blah blah….NEW SAUCES!
According to their announcement, on October 7th at 2pm they will be giving away a VERY limited run of Szechuan Sauce.
In addition, after nearly 20 years (and perhaps a bit of time travel) we’re even doing the impossible…
On Oct 7, together with the collectible sauce-themed posters, we’re also giving away a one-time only, limited-edition, run of Szechuan Sauce in select restaurants. And when we say limited, we mean really, really limited! Click below to find out which restaurants will be giving away* the posters, and the select few of those that will also have the Szechuan Sauce on Oct 7.
With an announcement like that, I can only assume that Rick himself will be scooping up all the packets of Szechuan sauce.
Oh, and they will also be giving away 1,000 screen-printed posters for all 10 of their sauces, including one for the Szechuan Sauce…so you can always remember the amazing deliciousness that was the Szechuan Sauce. Get your portal guns ready! These sauces aim to go fast!
