With the release of the Astartes Super-heavy Tank bearing the Red Scorpions logo we’re left wondering where are the rest of the Red Scorpion releases?
Forge World gave us a preview of the new Astartes Super-heavy Tank yesterday, and it was HUGE to say the least.
On the side and front of the tank you can make out the Red Scorpion emblem, which makes us wonder if we’re finally going to start seeing the Red Scorpion releases for The Fire of Cyraxus that was previewed at the May 2016 Forge World Open Day.
All things that we’ve seen previewed that were branded with the Red Scorpion icon are still missing. So when will we see the new book, or the Red Scorpions Leviathan Dreadnought? Could these be a part of the rumored upcoming Forge World releases?
We’ve already seen the Tau releases that were previewed, so hopefully the Red Scorpions are in the near future. Since the preview, where we got our first look at these amazing models, there has been little to no news about the Red Scorpions and The Fire of Cyraxus book. The Red Scorpions releases were expected to start last year, but it could have possibly been pushed back due to the focus on 8th Edition.
A recent rumor stated that Forge World is gearing up for a wave of releases, so maybe we’ll find out something soon. Until then make sure you’re checking back in with us for the latest updates.
