Avengers: Infinity Wars has been highly anticipated since the first Avenger’s movie teased us with Thanos. The first hints of what to come are here!
The Avengers had hints of what was to come, bringing together a core set of super heroes to battle an extra-terrestrial invasion and hinting at larger things in play when Thanos smirked at the end. Avengers: Age of Ultron helped continue that arc, finding more of the elusive Infinity Stones from items we had been introduced to…and showing there are larger things to come. Finally, Avengers: Infinity Wars is upon us, bringing together many of our favorite (and sometimes, not so favorite) heroes for the good of the Earth…and the galaxy!
As the Avengers and their allies have continued to protect the world from threats too large for any one hero to handle, a new danger has emerged from the cosmic shadows: Thanos. A despot of intergalactic infamy, his goal is to collect all six Infinity Stones, artifacts of unimaginable power, and use them to inflict his twisted will on all of reality. Everything the Avengers have fought for has led up to this moment – the fate of Earth and existence itself has never been more uncertain.
Featuring Iron Man, Hulk, Dr. Strange, Scarlet Witch, Vision, Spider Man, Thor, Black Panther, Black Widow, Captain America, Bucky, Hawkeye, Ant-Man, Falcon, and more, all coming together against an invasion and Infinity Stone obsessed Thanos, this is hopefully going to be packed with action, puns, and some awesome cinematic. The trailer alone shows some awesome new items, like Spider-man’s spidey sense comes to play!
With quite the mash up, and more who haven’t yet been revealed, this movie looks like it will shake things up in the major super-hero team ups. Avengers: Infinity Wars is scheduled for release May 4, 2018. Check out this first look by pressing play on the video below!
