Ciena & Friends: Star Wars Destiny

Ace pilot Ciena Ree leads her squad to the forefront of battle in this support heavy Villains deck for Star Wars Destiny! Will supports rule the new meta for Destiny?

This deck is an interesting combination that favors supports over all else. 2 Storm troopers, 1 Guavian Enforcer, and Ciena Ree make a great team for the Villains. Ciena is a great new Villain that has a healthy 9 health to add to this already hearty crew. Her action ability can come in handy with this support focused deck.

The Guavian Enforcer is a great additional to this squad as he opens up Yellow card options. His die sides support Ciena and his action ability can come in handy to remove shields from a character. His 9 health is a great addition to a growing health pool!

The First Order Stormtrooper has been a mainstay in many Villain decks. His ranged dice sides add to the Guavian and Ciena’s dice. By adding 2 Stormtroopers to this deck, we get a health pool of 32, a daunting amount for any deck to chew through!

Since this deck will focus on supports, Quadjumper is the perfect enabler. Its die sides will help support your team and its action ability will make it easier for you to play more powerful supports. Discarding this support to play another support for a 3 cost discount is a great setup for the Sonic Cannon.

The LR1K Sonic Cannon is a 5 cost upgrade, but with Quadjumper it can be reduced to 2. This support has massive ranged damage potential, but has the downside of having equally large resource costs. But before you activate Sonic Cannon, you may exhaust one of your characters to not have to pay the resource cost. Since we have 4 characters in this list, you should have no problem activating the Sonic Cannon for little cost to resources!

Another great support to add to this deck is Aftermath. This 0 cost support makes it so that your opponent is punished whenever they defeat one of your characters. Since you can gain 1 resource an time a character is defeated, this can go both ways for your characters and theirs.

This deck is an interesting new way to play Destiny. By forgoing upgrades on your characters, they can gain massive damage potential with all of your support options!
