Let’s check out this sneak peek of the new Solomon Kane Board game just announced and is already making waves in the board game community!
Little is know so far about this planned project from Mythic Games. What we do have is a short video (featured later in this article) announcing this hot new release. So far, all we know from various sources is that it will kick off sometime this year via Kickstarter, and we can’t wait!
Solomon Kane is a character created by the great writer Robert E. Howard. A late 16th early 17th century Puritan, Solomon Kane is a somber-looking man who wanders the world to stop evil in its tracks and destroy it in all its forms. His adventures, published mostly in the pulp magazine Weird Tales, often take him from Europe to the jungles of Africa and back.
The miniatures in this game look amazing. This one really captures the boots and buckle feel of the time period and the Puritan way of life as Solomon stand with his rapier and flintlock pistol at the ready.
This is an awesome diorama showing off some of the minis you can look forward to, but we expect this will be played on a board of some sort. All we have so far is a short teaser video and a few pictures. We will be keeping our eyes peeled for that of course.
