Tyranids Win Adepticon 2018

The 2018 40k Championships at Adepticon is over, and the results are in. Tyranids have won the event, come see the list that shot them to the top of the heap.

THE RESULTS ARE IN!!!  Previous ITC champion Matt Root has won the 2018 Adepticon Championship with Tyranids, and good guy Andrew Gonyo recused himself over an accidental faction relic mistake.

Here’s the list that took Matt Root to the top courtesy of Best Coast Pairings.

7 Hive Tyrants, 4 Mawlocs, 8 Mucolid Spores and 9 bases of Rippers over two detachments.

Matt played the top game against LVO 2018 winner Nick Nanavati who was playing the pox list.

And here was the top 16 that battled it out on Friday for overall with our very own Steven Fore (aka Juice) as third seed third going into Friday’s Championship event.
