Exciting news for hobbyists still in school. Warhammer clubs are coming to North America to help students socialize with fellow gamers and paint!

Warhammer Community announced that there will be a push to get more Warhammer clubs started in North America. They are giving students and schools the option to come together and enjoy the hobby as a bigger community.

Games Workshop is offering a helping hand to new hobby-enthusiasts by having tips available for beginners.

The School Alliance is an association of officially supported Warhammer clubs across the UK, Australia, and Asia, incorporating over 1,200 groups across the world. Expanding soon to North America, signing up for the School Alliance allows clubs access to a special helpline and a dedicated starter pack to get them on their feet, as well as the opportunity to join other clubs in events like the one today.

These clubs have been in schools pretty much everywhere except in North America. That’s why it’s exciting times for young hobbyists. They will have a welcome introduction into the hobby and have a place to meet other people who enjoy the game.

If you’re a student and think your school should have a club like this, email school.alliance@gwplc.com. they’ll tell you everything you need to know to get a group up and running.

America is one of the leading hobby hotspots. It’s nice to see that they are offering a doorway to get new players into the world of Warhammer. The clubs teach on painting, playing, and general hobbying but ultimately, students will have to be the catalyst for getting one of these clubs in their school.

Be one of the first in America to get a club off the ground, and beat the UK at their own competition!

Meanwhile, these minis were painted by students in a competition involved in clubs across the UK and they’re actually stunning.

One thing that’s for certain is these clubs are productive and positive. In reality, most people getting into the hobby couldn’t dream of painting at this quality at the start of their journey.

Therefore, will you be talking to your school about starting a Warhammer club? Be one of the first ones in North America to get a group together!

Let us know what you think about these clubs in the comments of our Facebook Hobby Group.
