mandalorian super commando

The Mandalorian Super Commando is a new Yellow Villain character for Star Wars Destiny. These super soldiers are priced nicely at 9 points and have a respectable 9 health. Being bred for war, his character die features 1 ranged, 2 ranged, 1 melee, 1 shield, and 1 shield. These guys can definitely bring the fight, but the may need help with financing.

The Super Commando also comes with a Power Action that allows you to play a weapon or equipment from your hand on this character, and then deal 1 damage to a character. This can help you sneak in damage while you equip your squad!hidden blaster

Super Commandos can really take advantage of Ambush weapons, as it allows for extra damage potential. Hidden Blaster is a great option. For 2 resources, you get Ambush and a weapon die featuring 1 ranged, +2 ranged, +2 ranged, 1 disrupt, and 1 resource.

You also gain the benefit of being able to remove 1 shield from a character after you play it, giving you extra damage combos with the Super Commando Power Action. mandalorian vambraces

Mandalorian Vambraces is a new 1 cost equipment upgrade that can really make your Mandalorians shine. This equipment features no blank sides, interestingly enough. 1 ranged, 1 melee, 1 disrupt, 1 discard, 1 shield, and 1 resource give your Commandos a grab bag of tricks to use against your enemies. Vambraces also comes with an action ability that allows you to return it to it’s owners hand. This can allow you to use the Super Commando Power Action again and again! stun baton

Stun Baton is a nice finisher for the Super Commando. This 2 cost weapon gives you 1 melee, 2 melee, 1 disrupt, 1 shield, and 1 resource. You also gain the ability to remove a character dice from a character that takes damage from Stun Baton at the cost of 1 resource.

Combined with the Super Commando Power Action, you can really make your opponent rethink their options when facing the Mandalorian Elite!
