Everyone had been thinking it since 8th Edition dropped, but are Primaris Space Marines about to get their own dedicated Chapter? Check this out.

A new rumor is here that seems to echo what we have all been thinking, will Primaris get their own dedicated chapter?

Let’s take a look at all latest on new primaris models!

RUMORS: Named Primaris Space Marines Chapter On The Way

Games Workshop just previewed a mysterious bit and it’s looking like the backside of a Space Marine suit. Let’s break it all down.

GW Rumor Engine: More New Space Marines? RUMORS: Named Primaris Space Marines On Way

This is the latest rumor engine to roll off GW’s preview lineup. What does it look like to you? We can’t get away from the thought of a new Space Marine backpack.

Notice the lines at the top of the bit? They match up with the grooves on the Primaris backpacks. But what are all the fancy dials and gauges for?

Primaris Apothecary

We’ve already seen Primaris Captains, Apothecaries, and Librarians come out…What’s missing? Could this be a Primaris Tech Marine? Would that explain the fancy gauges? We’ve already heard rumors of Space Marines (Specifically Primaris) getting updated at the beginning of next year in Chapter Approved.

We think this might be the tail-end of a new Primaris transport that’s on the way for the new and improved Space Marines.

Going back to the latest bit, it would make sense for Primaris Marines to have access to Techmarines. There are bound to be some mechanically adept in their force.

Primaris: Finally Bigger and Better?

GW gave us this juicy teaser that may have set up the stage for the arrival of more of the Emperor’s Finest:

Over the past few months, we’ve heard all sorts of news from Vigilus – a war-torn world on the frontier of the Imperium beset by invaders from… well, pretty much everywhere. Now, it’s time for the Imperium to strike back…

Vigilus calls for aid, but who will answer? Something tells us things might get worse before they get better for this beleaguered sentinel world…

Now according to an anonymous source on Faeit 212

Heard, that Vigilus’ call for aid will be answered by…
A brand new chapter of the Ultima founding i.e. a NAMED Primaris chapter
with special characters, unique strategems and warlord traits etc.

Not a huge model release apparently, beyond the new characters and a new
repulsor variant, but who knows?

So is this rumor engine bit a new Repulsor Variant, and if so is Vigilus about to get liberated by the new and improved Angels of Death?

Do you think these predictions are off? Would you like to see a Primaris Techmarine with a full servo-harness? Would he be able to heal more than D3 wounds a turn because of his size?
