Forge World has had a secret project they’ve been working on and it turns out it’s for Warhammer 40k and Horus Heresy! Check out the new Custodes!

Forge World’s Facebook announced that they have some new Custodes models on the way to us for the Horus Heresy and 40k alike. Now, Custodes have a reputation for being extremely good in combat, but did you know they have jump packs now?

What’s more terrifying to the foes of man than one of the Emperor’s elite golden Custodian Guard?
How about one that can fly!

Custodian Venetari – landing in your Warhammer 40,000 and Horus Heresy games soon.

What’s scarier than a superhuman killing machine crafted from the Emperor’s own Geneseed? One that flies, of course. The Custodian Venetari have been Forge World’s latest project that’ll be previewed a bit deeper tomorrow, January 25, 2019. It looks like they just couldn’t contain themselves and dropped this teaser on their Facebook after these models were spotted on their site.

All model pics have since been removed from Forge Worlds side as of right now.

So it looks like these guys might be getting a set of 30k and possibly 40k rules after all. We’re guessing that only three come to a squad and we’re not exactly sure if they’ll have the same weapon option available to them from both games. However, these may be the perfect unit to run along with your Dawn Eagle Bike Captains. -They’ll be able to keep up!

The models look great. But there’s a lot of room for guessing their rules and stats. It looks like two of the models have some kind of tricked-out combat shields with heavy-duty revolvers. The one guy in the back is carrying a spear that closely resembles the spear from the new Blood Angels Terminator Squad.

Remember to check back tomorrow when Forge World reveals more details about the new Venetari squad. As for now, let’s take some guesses as to what they’ll be able to do on the table! Do you have an idea of how many wounds they’ll have a piece? Will they be tougher than normal Custodes? Will they fill a Fast Attack or Elite slot in 40k? Tell us what you think in the comments of our Facebook Hobby Group.
