Veterans of many Hunts, these yautja are a feared adversary across the galaxy, and to join their ranks is a great honor. It is from their number that the clan’s Elder is chosen when he falls. Masters of many forms of combat, Elites prefer to engage their target prey up close, seeking out the strongest creatures in the galaxy to test their prowess against.
Looking at the weapons these Predators are carrying:
- The Scimitar Predator is bringing a Shuriken. This weapon doesn’t do too much damage, but it ignores all negative RS modifiers.
- The Glaive Predators has a ceremonial dagger on his belt that forces you to re-roll successful armor saves
- The Predator with the whip is also carrying a speargun that can actually pierce straight through the target and hit additional units behind it. Kill two Aliens with one spear!
All of the Elite Predators come with the Expert Hunter passive ability. It’s a more advanced version of the Seasoned Hunter skill. Every time the Expert Hunter is revealed, it may move one tile, including towards the enemy. That’s the difference.
