Darth Vader is an unrelenting foe for the Rebels in Star Wars Legion. Who can hope to stop the Master of Evil and the Dark Side?
Darth Vader is beginning his unstoppable assault in Legion. This Dark Lord of the Sith is indeed Relentless, giving Vader the ability to perform a free attack after performing a move action. Once he starts attacking Rebels their return fire will be thwarted by his Lightsaber and his Deflect ability. Deflect allows Vader to spend 1 dodge token to force the attacker to suffer 1 wound for every surge he rolls on defense. Vader is also immune to Pierce, so he is one tough commander to take down.
Darth Vader prefers to take down his foes personally with his Lightsaber, but he needs to give it a good throw every now and then. Saber Throw is a Force power upgrade that allows Vader to perform a ranged attack with one of his melee weapons, but halving the dice pool for the attack. Throwing out 3 red dice at range 1-2 after he moves with Relentless will ensure that no Rebel is safe, no matter their distance from Vader.
Vader is bringing back-up in the form of his loyal Stormtroopers. These Stormtroopers have better aim this time around with the Precise ability. This allows them to re-roll 1 additional die when spending an aim token, so they will be accurate in their ranged attacks. 
Darth Vader is the Master of Evil with this next command card up his sleeve. At 3 pips, this command allows Vader to gain 1 dodge token when he has issued an order. This can help enable his Deflect ability for incoming attacks, and when Darth Vader activates, each trooper at range 1-2 of him gains 3 suppression tokens.
The Rebels will quake with fear once Vader sets his sights on taking them out in Legion!
