More sick looking Death Guard minis are on the way in Space Marine Heroes Series 3! Check out this first-hand look at the 7 upcoming models!
New pictures were spotted from DakkaDakka and Warhammer Yokohama’s Facebook page! Here are more Death Guard minis that are coming inside of the Space Marine Heroes: series 3! Check out everything we’ve covered so far and all the new ones below.
Space Marine Heroes 3: Death Guard Miniature Line LATEST
Morslug with helmet
Morslug helmetless
For the guy with the plaguespitter, his name is Morslug. As far as it seems, he’ll be coming with two different head options. He also looks to be posed almost in the exact same way as the exclusive Noise Marine model that came out earlier this year.
Scabboth
As for Scabboth, it looks like he might be the “leader” of the heroes and fits the bill of a Malignant Plaguecaster.
Keeping up with the theme of Space Marine Heroes, they are going to be Easy-to-Build Sprues with pre-detailed bases.
Death Guard Clotticus
While we haven’t seen Clotticus in physical model form just yet, he has been spotted in Hobby Japan’s August 2019 issue. He’s going to be the standard-bearer of the bunch and also come with a helmeted/helmetless option.
These pics look like they were snapped from a magazine page (most likely Hobby Japan September issue) and according to the users on DakkaDakka, he’s going to be named Gurg, The Foul. While he may be ETB, he’ll also be coming with two head options! All of the characters we’ve seen so far have some incredible diversity of detail. And as for this guy, it looks like he’s got a few Nurgling buddies tagging along.
Space Marine Heroes Series 3 Paint Set
Coming from Warhammer Yokohama’s Facebook page, a Space Marine Heroes paint set was announced. Showcasing the new Scabboth on the front of the box, it looks like he’ll be the model coming inside with all of the hobby materials.
Paint set announced, get it at Warhammer store Yokohama in September!
Just like the previous Heroes paint set this looks to be coming with the following:
- 1x Miniature
- 12x Paints
- 1x Paintbrush
These boxes are designed to be a welcome mat into the hobby. Buyers get a decent amount of paints and can even build the mini without shelling out another $20 on clippers and glue. It’s not a bad deal for someone who’s brand new and just wants to test the water!
All Remaining Death Guard Heroes Spotted
Based on these new pictures and the previous models, we can assume most of this series offers at least two head options for these marines, with and without the helmets.
This hero is throwing a grenade, if you’re excited about this model he might be able to replace your Biologus Putrifiers
This hero comes with a balesword and a plasma pistol, making him an ideal model for a Death Guard themed Chaos lord!
This hero has a flail of corruption, a notably popular weapon option in Killteam, making him a perfect fit for those lists.
All Models Spotted
Warhammer Yokohama’s Facebook page, also gave us a look at the bare plastic models that were in the case at their store.
