Blood Angels Contemptor Incaendius-Class Dreadnought

There’s really nothing much cooler than a once-considered dead battle brother getting a new life in a Contemptor with a jump pack. However, of all the Legions that exist, it would only make sense that Blood Angels would be the pioneers here. While this Contemptor has a jump pack, it behaves differently from normal jump packs on smaller Infantry units. This just lets you enter from low orbit (deepstrike), or make a one-time-use leap up the board. After that, it falls off and you become a normal melee Dreadnought.

What’s the right tactic to play with this guy? Do you shoot him up the board quick or save it until the enemy comes extremely close and get a guaranteed charge?
