Well it is finally here! Games Workshop teamed up with the powerhouse toy slash model maker Bandai to bring us the first Space Marine Action figure. But, is it worth the price? Today we are going to take a closer look at this figure and see what you get for your hard-earned hobby dollars. Let’s go.

Bandai Space Marine Primaris Intercessor Action Figure:

Bandai Marine VIdFirst, let’s take a look at the initial cost out the gate. Now we all know that Bandai models are not cheap. They have been producing amazing Gundam Models for more than a decade and the quality this company brings to the table keeps their customers coming back again and again.

The pre-order price of the Bandai Marine was $100 out of the gate at the end of 2019. Now they are selling for as much as $300 on the secondary market it’s a crazy world we live in.

Bandai Marine VIdUnder the slipcover,  you will find a roughly six and a half-inch action figure, a Bolter, a combat knife, a detachable backpack, and six different hand options.

Bandai Marine VIdThe Bandai Space Marine does have a few flaws, mostly some rough spots were it was clipped off of the sprue and not sanded. But the pose-ability of the action figure is kind of crazy. To see how many poses Rob can get out of this guy check out our video below.

Bandai Marine VIdHere he is next to the king of the 1980s action figures, the true master of the universe He-Man! I don’t know I think this thing is cool, but not $100 dollars cool.  Plus at $200- $300 on the secondary market you guys can decide if it something that you want on your display shelf right now.

As always, keep those hobby muscles strong, stay in the trenches, and check out our video below! Patreon supporters of Spikey Bits get models for their favorite games each month shipped to them.
