star trek modiphusRelive the 90’s, in RPG game and Modiphius miniatures style, in our Star Trek Adventures Next Generation bridge crew unboxing!

Rob loves him some Star Trek, so these new minis are a welcome addition to his collection! Modiphius does some great detail work on these humanoid, and alien models.

Modiphius Star Trek: Adventures Miniatures Unboxing

Let’s dive right in and see what Rob thinks about this line of familiar faces.

data w heavy phaserFirst up we’ve got Data with his trusty heavy phaser. You notice that this whole line has some pretty stunning face details that look identical to the real faces! Definitely welcome details as some time faces can ruin models, here they may be the strong point!

counselor troyAfter Data, we’ve got Counselor Troy reading her tricorder to perhaps report something.

jordy scanningNext, we’ve got Geordi scanning a mystery object. Luckily whatever it is, he’s got all of his gear with him so he can probably fix it.

tashiyar is ready to slapWe also got Tasha Yar and she is ready to throw down, or maybe she’s just sparring, but that’s for you to decide!

warf assembledThere is also a model for the venerable Warf son of Mogh. Just look at that giant Bat’leth blade too!

Younger PicardNext up is a “younger” Picard model, by younger we mean of course show era compared to now. All these dynamic poses are great, the faces are super well done.

commander rykkerThe last of the main familiar squad is none other than Commander Riker, taking this appropriately dynamic and commanding pose.

female captainThere are also three boxes of more generic models for your games too. This one is from the Federation crew box and has both male and female members.

cligong warrirorThere is also a box of Klingon, and this is one of the warriors from that set. They come in a box of ten and most poses only repeat once if at all.

Borg femaleLastly, there is a box of Borg. This is a Borg female and the box also has male variants. The borg might be the best suited for potential 40k substitutions, but ultimately for Star Trek, all of these models are spot on.

size compare

One final thing, a size comparison. They are a little thinner than our familiar Death Korpsman but are around the same height. If you wanted to get creative with a list, there is some potential for a Star Trek-themed army! However, that’s definitely ambitious. In reality, all of these models look great and if you are a Star Trek fan these all could be great additions to your collection.
