GW Previews 40k Crusade Beyond the Veil Supplement

crusade beyond the veilThe region that would become known as the Pariah Nexus earned its dread reputation when all outbound communications were suddenly silenced. Something had smothered the entire region’s connection to the warp, making the ability to send astropathic messages functionally impossible. No Tyranid splinter fleets had been reported in that sector, making the cause of the psychic silence – a symptom often associated with the oppressive Shadow of the Hive Mind – even more mysterious.

The Astropath’s psychic vision was blocked by some “shimmering veil” within their minds and an Ultramarine expeditionary force was sent out to investigate a planet to see what was going on.

They found no trace of anyone previously being there, until the Necrons popped up to crash the party. ENTER…BEYOND THE VEIL.
