The Tie/rb Heavy is one of the hardest-hitting ships the Empire has to offer, and now you can field it in Star Wars: X-Wing!
The hobby maniacs at Fantasy Flight Games just keep coming out with so many expansion packs! It’s always hard to argue with new minis, and we’re definitely not complaining. Don’t feel bad, there’s nothing wrong with playing the bad guys. So when you destroy your opponents with this bad boy, no need to worry!
The Empire has plenty of super fast and maneuverable Tie Fighters, but when they need to bring the heavy weaponry, they call in these guys! They have more than enough firepower to change the tide of battle by themselves. Let’s take a closer look!
TIE/rb Heavy Box:
When push comes to shove you want the big guns on your side! Despite looking very similar to the more common Tie Fighter, this is known as the brute of the force. The amount of firepower this can bring to a battle should not be underestimated! If you love Star Wars: X-wing, check what else is going on with it.
The Mini:
Just a perfect representation of the model from the movies. The mini comes built and painted, just making it easier to get to the table. If you have an Empire fleet, this is definitely worth adding to your forces.
The Cards:
With the cards, you are able to make special maneuvers and make your fighter’s firepower even more effective. It’s fun to be able to add little touches like this to the game.
The pilots of this ship are particularly ruthless. The pilot cards allow you to really unlock the different types of people who fly these brutes. They allow you to pick the best fighter for whatever style of game you are playing and just add a huge amount of variety to games while using the same minis.
That does it for this next expansion. Now is by far the best time to be playing Star Wars: X-Wing!
