Lucile Is Thirsty: New GW Rumor Engine

Rumor Engine new GW header wal horWe’ve got an interesting rumor engine today that is clearly a reinforced club with quite a few metal protrusions. Check this out.

Warhammer Community just unveiled another rumor engine and this time it’s a savage reinforced club. Check out the details of this new bit that looks to be on the way for 40k or AoS.

Lucile Is Thirsty: New GW Rumor Engine

rumore engine 11-3-20This very much looks like a club that’s been reinforced to cause some extra damage. However, could it be something else? Well no, probably not. The real question and mystery are trying to figure out what and where it will belong to!

While rudimentary weapons like clubs are way more popular in AoS for obvious reasons, there’s still a slim chance this could be in 40k for say an Ork or even something like Necromunda!

ogors reinforced batsThe clearest faction is probably the Ogor Mawtribes in AoS. They already use reinforce bats/mallets pretty regularly and are pretty savage creatures (considering they’ll eat you after they kill you). Even their little buddy has a reinforced mallet with metal protrusions.

Not to mention many of their models could use an update. Even more so, tons of the Destruction races/factions in AoS could use some model updates, they seem to be by far the most neglected support wise.

What do you think about this bit? Could it possibly be for Ogors or Destruction in AoS? What’s a model that would be perfectly fitting for this?
