RUMORS: New Releases Pics For Next 40k Factions

chaos rumors new wal hor warhammer games workshopNew pics were spotted that may give us a good idea of the order of new 9th Edition 40k faction releases over the next 90 days or so.

If you’ve been paying attention, you have a decent amount of info for what’s coming next. Recently some images spotted on Imgur that look to be from the GW storefront- but they don’t seem to be assigned to product listings right now.

Let’s see what’s on deck with a bunch of these reboxing. Also, the pics aren’t the greatest, but you can tell what they are at least.

RUMORS: New Releases Pics For Next 40k Factions

We’ve seen a bunch of teasers, and with these new images so we have a great idea of what the next 90 days look like for 40k!

Next 90 days for 40k

We already knew the Death Guard stuff was coming out but we didn’t quite know which boxes are also getting reboxed. If you look on the left you can see a new Wych box as well (which is sold out over at the online store so you probably can’t grab the box until the new codex comes out) so maybe they’ll be getting a much-needed buff in the new book. Oh to hope, anyway…

It is also interesting that no new Dark Angels were spotted in there, even though we know they are coming out first. Perhaps they have enough of everything available that they don’t need to rebox any products?

Next 90 days for 40k 2It also looks like the Venom and Scourges will also be grabbing a new box with the codex. Unfortunately, no new Mandrakes were spotted, but we can always hope they grab an upgraded kit with the codex.  It’s also probable that GW may be waiting to upload any actually new product till closer to release so that sensitive pictures like these are not spotted too early…

Looking Further… New Ad Mech!

Next 90 days for 40k 4

Next 90 days for 40k 5Well, we’ve seen previews for Ad Mech minis in multiple teasers now. So it only makes sense they could be grabbing the next spot after Dark Angels/ Dark Eldar.  With just the stuff we know is coming out, that means Ad mech is almost guaranteed one of the next spots. We’ve also seen tons of Ork teasers, but based on this they look to be not in the next 90 days, or perhaps just not have any re-boxed items. But Orks *could* very well be the next faction after these four (including Dark Angels).

This model you may recognize from a teaser earlier in 2020. It’s interesting that they chose to use it again, and even the exact same shots.

Of course, the model is very clearly an Adeptus Mechanicus model, however, there aren’t any details that offer a scale or other ideas.

So the roadmap looks like this, Death Guard, Dark Angels, Dark Eldar, and now, Ad mech?  Also, they are getting the most reboxed kits by the look of it, so it perhaps it’s doubtful that they will be getting too many new units as well…

We’ll just have to wait and see on that.

What do you think about these new 40k releases rumors? Which faction are you the most excited for?
