3 Companies with the Best Value In Miniatures

Whether you need minis, paints, or accessories, these companies will help you save some cash, but also give you a high-quality product. These might not be the cheapest overall, but their combo of price and quality gives them the nod. Let’s get into it!

Paints & Accessories: Monument Hobbies

Pro Acryl 22 mlTheir line of Pro Acryl paints are some of the best on the market, and for the price, they are really hard to beat! So many commission painters and normal painters alike always rave about just how great they are. We’ve been using them for a long while now, and haven’t really found much better value out there in terms of quality of paint.

But, they have so much more than just paint, Rob uses the brush cleaner above more than their paints. They also have some awesome paintbrushes and hobby accessories (like bags and racking).

If you need to get your army painted up, you need to go check them out!  The only drawback to Monument currently is its small retail and international footprint. However, it is something they are expanding on month after month.  So ask your favorite hobby store to hit them up if they are interested in carrying their products!

Accessories, Bundles, & Accessibility: The Army Painter

The Army Painter Metallic Set FeatureIf you need a bundle of basically any hobby accessory, The Army Painter is the place to go! Not only are their Warpaints super high-quality, but they also have so many hobby supplies it will make your eyes swim! Whether you just need to make some terrain, get your army painted, or make your games better, they have you covered.

When talking about price, The Army Painter has one of the best price points out there. You can get basically everything you need for the hobby without breaking the bank.

Lastly, when talking about accessibility, it’s hard to find a company more responsive and caring than them. They always put out tons of painting guides, run cool events, and are just super easy to deal with.

Plus you can find them in just about every hobby store around, on the web worldwide, and even on Amazon.

Overall, just a great value for your money with anything in the hobby.

Minis for the Money: Wargames Atlantic

If you want a ton of cool-looking minis and bits for an amazing price, Wargames Atlantic is almost impossible to beat! All of their models make for great conversions, or can just be used as-is for alternatives.

A ton of their kits come with 24 or more minis for only $35 which means with them you’re only paying $1.50 apiece. With the ever-rising cost of minis, that is just such a beautiful price point. All the bits fit perfectly with 28mm scaled minis, so even if you just want a ton of conversion bits, it’s worth dropping the $35 just for that.

From Fantasy to Sci-Fi they have hobbyists covered with an amazing selection of value-priced miniature kits. The only drawback so far seems to be that bases are not included with any of their kits.

For those looking to build up their forces with great-looking minis, you really should check them out!
