Players Are Losing Their Minds Over $400 Tiamat Dragon

Tiamat Dragon Feature rThe new Tiamat Dragon from WizKids makes other scaled beasts jealous with its sheer 14″ size, detail, and $400 price tag.

Have you ever thought to yourself, man this dragon just isn’t big enough? Well, Wizkids has heard you and sculpted a dragon that has five heads and stands over 14″ tall with a wingspan over 28″. If you’ve been playing for a while, you may remember the old Tiamat, but while this is based on the old mini, it puts it to shame in about every way.

Obviously, this can be played on the tabletop, but also makes for the perfect display piece for your store, or just your home collection. Enough of this though, let’s get into the queen of all evil dragons!

Tiamat Dragon: $399.99

Tiamat DragonUnfortunately, these won’t be available until September, but that’s really not too far away, right? At least you can imagine having this in your collection for a few months before you have it, nothing wrong with something to look forward to! With it coming fully painted, you won’t have to worry about just how hard painting something like this.

If you need some other releases to hold you over in the meantime, check out what else WizKids has going on.

Tiamat DragonThis is the original mini it’s based on, but obviously one is a little bigger than the other one… Let’s hear what they have to say about this beast:

The figure is fully painted and meticulously sculpted, with all five of Tiamat’s heads rendered in incredible detail. This is a game-scale model designed for table play, but with its impressive size and detail, it is also a perfect item for collectors or for store displays. A hangtag will be included for stores that want to unbox Tiamat for display.

Tiamat DragonJust look at the wingspan on this! At over 28″ it will make for either the perfect display piece or something to center your games around.

That does it for this one, just an insane figure that we can’t wait to see hit a tabletop!
