The Idoneth Deepkin Direchasm Warband is going to be the last for this season of Warhammer Underworlds!
It’s time for another big online GW Preview for all things Warhammer! Here are the latest reveals from Warhammer TV and Warhammer Community!
Idoneth Deepkin Direchasm Warband Revealed!
All next week, from Monday to Saturday, we’ll be packing each day with reveals of brand new things coming to Warhammer, as well as hearing from some of the teams behind them. It’ll be just like you’re there in person, watching the panels live.
Each day will be themed around one particular part of the Warhammer hobby, so check the schedule below and find out when your favorite games are coming up. Trust us when we say you’ll want to see everything anyway – there are some spectacular reveals on the way.
You can tune in to Warhammer Community from Monday 3rd May to see all of the reveals as they happen from 6 pm (BST) onwards, or catch them live on Twitch.
With the final warband revealed, we know everything that will be appearing this year for the game. If you’ve been hoping to field a giant crab and flying fish, well then this is going to be the warband for you! They mention the warband will hit hard but be fragile, so get your strategic hats ready.
The Warband
Wait, is that a crab?! It looks like you’ll be able to put the pinch on any enemies that get in your way. The fighters in this warband have also got a fair few tricks up their excellently tailored aelven sleeves – we’ll be exploring these in detail when we get closer to their release.
Yes, it’s the first-ever Idoneth Deepkin warband for Warhammer Underworlds, and these are the first new models we’ve seen for this faction since the waves parted and we met the soul-hungry aelves. Let’s take a closer look at Elathain’s Soulraid.
Other than that these will hit hard and be fragile, they didn’t give much in the way of rules, but it does seem like the fish and crab will be able to fight! So if you’ve always wanted to see how giant crabs would do in Direchasm, wonder no longer.
The Finished Roadmap
With Seraphon being released in May, we know this is coming in June. So all the releases for the season are now revealed, but like with all the other releases, you can play these against any of the other warbands. Now it’s time to start looking at what next year will bring and start speculating!
