New McFarlane 40k, AoS Starter Sets: Pricing & Details

warhammer-pre-ordersNew AoS starters sets are here along with the official GW release of the McFarlane 40k action figures – check out the pricing for this week’s pre-orders.

If you remember the 40k Indomitus boxes released after the main box, and these AoS starters almost follow the exact same pattern. With how many extra of all the Dominion boxes are out there on store shelves, we don’t expect these to be too heavily allocated.

Age of Sigmar Realmscape Expansion Set $90

Get Yours For Less From Dicehead Games

Realmscape Expansion SetThis set contains:

5 pieces of Citadel terrain depicting the landscapes of the Mortal Realms which are littered with the ruins of past civilisations whose origins can be traced back to the Age of Myth before the coming of Chaos. These push-fit plastic terrain pieces are designed to bring your tabletop to life, and include the following:
– 2x Guardian idols
– 2x Domicile shells
– 1x Pile of pillars

– A 30″ by 22.4″ double-sided gaming board – transform any table into a war-torn landscape of Ghur, the Realm of Beasts. One side depicts the swampland home of the Kruleboyz in Thondia, while the other represents a dusty wilderness of the Ghurish plains.

As the terrain included in the Extremis starter set, this terrain makes for a perfect environment for AoS 3.0 and especially setting the scene for Stormcast vs Kruleboyz.  It also does not appear to have the shrine terrain piece that comes in the Extremis version of the starter above.
