Descent: Legends of the Dark Now Available!

Before we even talk about the game, just know, this thing is giant! We’ve held one and the box alone is insane, not that it really matters, just know there is a ton of stuff in the box. The game will have more app play involved, meaning it’s even more in-depth than the previous installments.

The game is pretty fast-paced and can be played in about 3 hours. You take your heroes through dungeons, thwart schemes, and power up throughout the journey. Let’s take a look at the game coming from FFG.

Descent into the darkLegends of the Dark is the next entry in the renowned Descent Board Game franchise. Select a hero to play as and work together with up to 3 of your friends as you fight your way through a campaign that will immerse you into the world of Terrinoth as never before. Unlike previous Descent titles, Legends of the Dark is fully cooperative. All players work together as they progress through the story. All of the monsters are controlled by an intuitive app that tells the players how the monsters respond to the players’ actions.

The game sounds super fun and co-op play is always fun. Plus with so much inside, there really is a ton of playability.

Descent legends of darknessLegends of the Dark has 14 quests that span 50-65 hours of playtime. While the interactive storytelling and app-driven decisions off a ton of replayability.
