WizKids New D&D Sprue Based Miniatures & Paint Line

Sprue based miniatures feature rWizKids is going away from one size fits all minis and are starting a brand new line of Sprue Based miniatures- check it out!

If you love their models but want some more options and bits, well, the new line might just be perfect for you! On top of the new Frameworks line (what they are calling the sprue), they are also releasing their own paint line. The line will be focused entirely on new painters, but that doesn’t mean if you’ve been painting for a while they won’t be useful, especially since they are being made in partnership with Vallejo.

The line looks like it will be releasing near the end of 2021, so not too much longer to wait now. The new minis are already looking pretty cool and it’s just very different from how they normally do their models. Let’s get into the upcoming minis!

WizKids New Sprue Based Miniatures:

Sprue based miniatures 3Obviously, with them coming in sprues, it would only make sense for them to actually give some extra bits. While we’re not sure how much they will give in each, or how expensive they will be. Either way, the kits all look cool and do have more bits than normal. If you love D&D, go check out what else is happening with it.

Sprue based miniaturesThe concept for the new box is pretty sweet, and it’s nice you will be able to get more than just individual character sprues.

Sprue based miniatures 2This looks to be the biggest set they’ve shown yet. If you love fire demons, this will be a super fun set to grab.

New Paint Line:

Prismatic PaintAs we said before, these will be geared towards newer painters. Still, with them being made along with Vallejo, they have to be pretty decent. We’ll have to see what kind of bundles and colors they come with, but we’ll probably know soon enough!

That does it for this one, just something really fun to look forward to!
