Grab a Squig Plushie Just in Time for the Holidays!

plushie feature rLooks like the Nurgle plushie has some competition as GW is coming out with a Squig Plushie just in time for the holidays!

The success of the first plushie seems to have driven them into plushie-making madness! Seriously, they probably already had this in the works and we’re not complaining because who doesn’t like picking up little things like this?

Warhammer Community unveiled the new little guy along with some stockings you can grab if you need some Warhammer on your Christmas morning. Let’s check it out!

Grab a Squig Plushie Just in Time for the Holidays!

This year, we’ve got some extra-special gifts coming to your local Warhammer store. You may have seen the Space Marine Chibi Advent Calendar already, which will be available online soon, but for those of a more red and bitey persuasion, there’s a certain squishy fellow who’ll jump at the chance to fill your stocking.

This is definitely pretty cute and it’s definitely ransacking some boxes of decorations! Unfortunately, Warhammer Community revealed that this will be in local Warhammer stores but didn’t say much about online ordering.

He may look like he’s just been ransacking a box of decorations, but this Festive Squig Plush from KOYO is ready to light up your Christmas with all of his adorable, fluff-filled charm.* Measuring almost 20cm tall, he’s a perfect companion for your plush Nurgling and Archibald and will probably only chew up your other snazzy merch a little bit.

Hey, it’s not a new codex for Chaos or Xenos, but it’s better than nothing!

Stockings

Offer up your Christmas gifts to the Dark Gods with a devilishly red stocking emblazoned with the icons of the Chaos Gods, including a big eight-pointed star in the centre, or shield them from the Archenemy’s corrupting influence with the holy Imperium’s blessed iconography in blue. Each stocking can hold up to three litres of presents, which our local Khornate representative informs us equals “not enough skulls”.

Warhammer Community also revealed some stockings which will just add that extra touch of Hammer to your holidays!

But this isn’t the first plush from Kyoto…

Score The Nurgle Plushie To Cuddle

If you love Nurgle and all things cute, you can still score this adorable Games Workshop Plushie!

This was announced in August, but we actually spotted it on the pricing for this on the pre-order this September 11th. These ended up somewhat and sold out from GW almost instantly.

Warhammer Community posted some info about it and while some people are a little upset that it’s taking away from the Grimdark, we expect a lot of hobbyists to grab them regardless!

Nurgle Plushie: $19.99

This item is currently sold out at Games Workshop but there are some already for sale on secondary markets like eBay that you can still score in time for the holidays!

Nurgling Plushie

We can only guess how this project came about. Perhaps we said something about Nurglings being covered with oozing sores and pus, and they heard it as plush. Once the idea was out there, there was simply no going back. And now the Nurgling plushie is a whole thing. And it’s glorious.

This would be so much fun to have hanging out around your army as an overlord as you play games. How could you roll badly when this little guy is hanging out? Or, it could make the perfect office mate and really let people know you love Nurgle and all things 40k.

Nurgling Plushie 2While this isn’t the most revolutionary product, it is just super fun but with it being a webstore exclusive we do expect it to potentially sell out quickly.

So like with most exclusives from GW, if you want this cute little guy, better hop on the pre-order early.

Will you be picking this up? Do you like the addition of plushies to the line?
