Grey Knights Wal Hor

Seth’s first detachment of Grey Knights is a battalion led by a Librarian, Crowe, and Kaldor Draigo. The Librarian provides access to a suite of psychic support, while Crowe has the potential to deal tons of damage in melee.

Draigo also comes with extra psychic support and a decent ranged weapon. But his real combat prowess is in his named melee weapon, making him a serious threat if too close. He also provides re-rolls to nearby Grey Knights which is always a welcome buff.

Troops start off with 10 Terminators with a heavy melee focus, offering some durable bodies and a huge threat is allowed to make it into melee combat. There is also a 5 man Strike squad below to round out the troops and provide a few more bodies.

Elites bring in an Apothecary to help heal units and a 5 man Purifier squad to help pump out some additional mortal wounds each turn thanks to the purifying flame psychic power. Rounding out the battalion is a base Rhino to help a character or a small squad.

The second detachment is a Patrol led by a Grand Master in Nemesis Dread, which serves as a great psyker with support for the list and can teleport in. He also comes with some hard-hitting melee and ranged weapons making him a beast in all-around combat and utility. Another Strike squad serves as the only troop for a few more bodies to help grab objectives.

Heavy Support finishes the army on a strong note bringing in two more Nemesis Dreads, which much like the Grandmaster are beasts in ranged and melee combat, however, they don’t get his extra goodies that come with being a more expensive HQ.
