The new Warhammer 40k Imperium Magazine is finally available in the US and Canada – here are all the details on the subscription and more!
If you’re unfamiliar with the subscription, you get a handful of minis and other accessories along with each magazine. The models are all for Space Marines and Necrons but aren’t a bad value for the number of minis you get. On top of the minis, you can get paint, dice, a game mat, a brush, a ruler, free gifts, and of course the accompanying magazine with each issue.
Warhammer 40k Imperium Magazine Available In US & Canada Now!
Hobbyists in the US and Canada can now pre-order the Warhammer Imperium Magazine subscription that releases on January 26th, 2022.
The first set looks to cost around $26.80 but then it goes up to $67.80 a month for three issues together. They also talk about separate changes of around $10 for the storage binders as well.

We will also supply four binders to store your magazines as needed, your first of which is free, then $9.95 each thereafter. You are free to cancel at any time.
As of early November, there was content out to issue 15-18 in the UK, so this looks to be a least a 5-6 month run here in the states so far!

Warhammer 40k Imperium Collection: What You Get
Each issue of Warhammer 40,000: Imperium comes with a selection of miniatures, paints, brushes, vehicles, or scenery PLUS an exclusive magazine to build your own Warhammer 40,000 army!
As you can see, you get some interesting stuff with every issue, but if you don’t play Space Marines or Necrons, it’s not really for you yet. Each issue of the magazine will focus on the minis inside with datasheets, lore, building guides, paint guides, and some tips on how to actually play with the minis in a battle.
While you won’t be able to build a full army around what’s inside, it’s a very cool little service and it’s always fun to get stuff in the mail! On top of what you get in every issue, if you subscribe you will also receive one free gift with every issue.
The gifts are almost as cool as the issues. The modeling kit and paint handle are honestly pretty sweet and are worth about $30-$35 on their own. On top of that, you get three brushes and a binder/dividers to keep all your issues organized.

Article 15 Contents
- 5x Flayed Ones
This is actually a great deal, for only 12 dollars, you get $50 worth of minis, pretty hard to beat that! If you’ve been needing these for your army, might as well grab them this way and save some serious cash.
Article 16 Contents
- 5x Space Marine Assault Intercessors
The value on this isn’t quite as high because it’s only 5 dudes. Still, they can be built differently, so might as well grab a few to get them for cheaper than normal.
Article 17 Contents
- 1x Armoured Container
We all need some terrain, but the value on this one is pretty small compared to the last two. It will save some cash, but only a few dollars, still, if you need terrain, it does save you a little.
Article 18 Contents
- 1x Necron Cryptek (Technomancer)
- New mat
Necrons players are grabbing some decent values this time around. Just a Cryptek alone is over $35, so you’ll be saving a bunch of money. You usually don’t need a ton of these, but can’t hurt to get one or two.
