1st Place: Kevin Roach- Black Templars

Kevin went for a full battalion of Black Templars led by Grimaldus, Helbrecht, and a Primaris Chaplain on Bike. Grimaldus is a fantastic chaplain bringing great litanies support to the list, while Helbrecht gives re-rolls and can hold his own in almost any 1v1 scenario thanks to his great combat stats.

We assume he took the army-wide 5+ invulnerable vow due to the light dreads and elite infantry model selection.

The Chaplain brings even more litany support while also having extra mobility thanks to the bike, which has its own benefit.

As for Troops, we see 3 10-man Primaris Crusader Squads who are nice thanks to their melee focus and good squad leaders.

Elites see the addition of the Judiciar, a great character hunting model who isn’t too expensive. Then it goes full Redemptor Dread mode with 3 Incinerator-Gatling dreads making for a wombo of chaff clearing and great anti-armor ranged threats that have decent durability.

There are also some servitors for rounding out points and a squad of Jump Pack Vets running shields and hammers for that old-school smash Captian loadout to decimate in melee.

Closing out the list is an Eradicator Squad, which has fantastic ranged anti-armor shots for the cost.
