Looks like a new way to play D&D is coming, as the Dungeons and Dragons Onslaught miniatures game was spotted at GAMA in the Wizkids booth!
While the details aren’t quite all there and some of it is still up in the air, the Dungeons and Dragons Onslaught miniatures game is nearing the end of the production cycle over at Wizkids. Plus D&D will always have a special place in all of our hearts, so new products/games for it are usually worth at least checking out.
Please keep in mind that these are pre-production images and not the final product yet.
Here is what our source at GAMA said about it:
“There are two versions so far. One is just the rules set and the other has fully painted new sculpts minis for $139. Other prices and monthly releases are TBD. It is two players currently and play will be between 60-90 minutes. OP will be 75-minutes.”
So it looks like they are amidst the final stages of production, especially with a release window set for Q3, 2022! We also spotted a few listings online for pre-order already like this one that seems to support a potential release just in time for the holidays!
