New Magic Game Night is Perfect for Casual MTG Games

Game NightIf you want to get in some more casual games of Magic, the new Game Night: Free For All from Wizards is perfect!

While this isn’t really too much for super competitive players, it is a great way to get new players into the game, or just have some fun without worrying so much about your deck. The game will have all kinds of cards and everything you need to play with up to five players.

The game is set to be released in October, so while it’s a little ways off, it’s always fun to see what’s coming next! Let’s take a closer look.

Game Night: Free For All:

Game Night 4This is a cool way to either get new people into the game or just get you back and playing again if you don’t feel like taking it too seriously. Plus, sometimes you just want to share the game you love with other people, and this looks to be the way to do it! Here’s what they have to say about the new game:

Game Night: Free-for-All contains everything you need to challenge friends and family to epic magical battles. Game Night takes all the thrills of a magical, no-holds-barred slugfest and jams them into a single box. Pick one of five different decks, each with its own personality, then battle your friends and family in one-on-one bouts or multiplayer melees.

Game Night 3You actually will get a ton in this box, just remember, it’s not hitting shelves until October. Here is everything you get in the new set:

  • Five 60-card Magic decks—1 of each color
  • 1 traditional foil card in each deck
  • 5 Spindown life counters with life counter platforms
  • 15 double-sided tokens and 20 +1/+1 counters
  • Rulebook and 5 reference cards

Game Night 2That does it for this one, just a really cool game to look forwards to this fall!
