GW Reveals New Warhammer Plus Exclusives

warhammer plusGW just revealed the new Warhammer  + plus exclusive miniatures, come see Mibyllorr Darkgfang, and Azrakh the Annihilator check it out!

Before We dive into the reveal, let’s recap the teaser and our guesses for the two models!

New Warhammer + Miniatures Teased by GW

It looks like two Chaos models (probably one AoS and one 40k) will take the miniature spot for 2022’s subscribers. Remember, you must have a whole year subscription to get the models.

Warhammer Community posted the images and some of what to expect regarding animations. Obviously, the animations have been quite slow, but we’ve talked about that plenty of times. For now, let’s check out the minis on the way.

Warhammer + minis

Monthly subscribers will still need to wait until they’ve been subscribed for a year. Check back next week to find out exactly what this year’s miniatures look like – though we reckon you can make a pretty solid guess based on these imposing silhouettes…

Not only do we have a good guess, but we have also pretty much found the exact artwork they are basing the World Eater off! Mark Gibbons is an artist they have taken inspiration from many models recently, and this new one is no different!

Warhammer + Miniatures

This is an old piece of his art, and by the outline of this model, it looks basically identical, even down to the weapons! Then, when you consider the previous preview, it’s all but certain.

Warhammer + new models

This is the previous preview, and you can even see he’s bald and angry, just like the artwork. So for all you Chaos fans out there, it looks like you’re in luck as a World Eater is most certainly the new minis. Plus, they have done such a good job of turning his art into actual minis; we’re all for it.

New Warhammer + MinisThis was actually posted seven months ago on Reddit, so huge props to this person basically guessing perfectly seven months ago!

Chaos SorcererWhile we don’t have an exact art picture to go off, if you ask us, the AoS model will most likely be a sorcerer for Slaves to Darkness. As you can see above, the model above looks awfully similar to the outline, just with some updates. So, whether you play Chaos for 40k or AoS, you might be in luck.

Now let’s check out the full reveal!

Warhammer Plus Year 2 Miniatures Revealed!

With our two guesses, we were almost dead-on! Warhammer Community has just shown off the two models.

MIbyllorr Darkfang chaos sorceressFirst up is Mibyllorr Darkgfang, who is a brand new Chaos Sorceress model, and the one we couldn’t quite do as much digging about. We did however know it was a new Sorceress!

Azrakh the Annihilator

The second model was exactly what we thought! Thanks to our sleuth work, we were able to match up all the details and imagery. BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD!

We also got some details highlight images;

These brilliant miniatures accompany the upcoming Chaos releases, from the creepy, capering familiars that accompany Mibyllorr Darkfang to the intimidating presence of Azrakh the Annihilator, who has leapt straight off the cover of a classic issue of White Dwarf.

Azrakh the Annihilator details

Getting your hands on these miniatures is easy. Sign up for – or renew – an annual subscription of Warhammer+ and you will receive your choice of miniature one month after subscribing. Monthly subscribers will need to wait the full 12 months to claim their miniature. Like last time, you can buy the one you didn’t choose with your subscription. It’s as simple as that.
