Adeptus Custodes wins a first-place finish at the Denver Fight Club over the weekend, as these Warhammer 40k army lists took the top!
The tournament is over, and now we can look at which lists managed to secure a place at the top! Check out what these winners brought into their armies.
Top 3 Warhammer 40k Army Lists: Denver Fight Club
Thanks to Best Coast Pairings, we can look back at the event as if we were all there ourselves.
3rd Place: Cody Jiru – Dark Eldar
2nd Place: Zaak Kerstetter – Blood Angels
1st Place: Travis Armstrong – Adeptus Custodes
Travis and his winning Adeptus Custodes were led by a Blade Champion for its great melee power, alongside a Shield-Captain and Trajann for their great support and overall great stat lines and combat powers.
Troops keep it simple with 11 Custodians for their reliability and four prosecutors as some bonus cheap bodies.
Elites start with two Allarus Custodians, which can be taken alone and have some decent weapons to round out points.
There are also four Dreads, which all provide a mix of melee and ranged power, all while being fairly mobile and durable thanks to their great stats and weapons.
Finally, there are three Ventari to add just a hint of mobility to the list whenever it is needed!
