Eldar charged to a first-place finish at the Boltercon over the weekend, as these Warhammer 40k army lists took the top three spots!
The tournament is over, and now we can look at which lists managed to secure a place at the top! Check out what these winners brought into their armies.
Top 40k Army Lists: Eldar Wins Boltercon 2022 Invitational GT
Thanks to Best Coast Pairings, we can look back at the event as if we were all there ourselves.
3rd Place: Garrett Nadicksbernd – Sister of Battle
2nd Place: David Stein – Black Legion
1st Place: Chris Kentrup – Ynnari
Chris took his battalion of Eldar to victory with great efficiency. His list is led by a Farseer and a Farseer Skyrunner, and The Yncarne for even more psychic support options.
Troops bring in some simple options with 10 Rangers and 15 Troupes, all of which are pretty cheap and decent at laying down some chip damage.
Elites focus on Melee power with 10 Banshees and five Scorpions as the main charge threats.
Fast Attacks bring in three Shroud Runners and three Shinning Spears, which are very mobile and can lay out some very respectable damage.
Heavy Support also brings three Support weapons for some extra oomph.
He also included a Star weaver and a Wave Serpent to help move around all those troops and provide some extra ranged power!
