1st Place: Adam Lane – Tau Empire

Adam’s Tau was pretty similar to what we’ve seen other players go for, but still, he could pull it off in the changing meta!

There was a Patrol led by a commander with fantastic stats and great ranged weapons options for a relatively selfish but deadly HQ model.

Troops keep the minimum are 10 Kroots for some cheap bodies, while Elites brought in Crisis suits for more great ranged threats with decent durability, just like the commander. The detachment wrapped up with some hounds for cheap mobility and two Sunsharks for chip damage every turn they stay in the skies.

There was also a second detachment led by a Coldstar Commander, which was much of the same as the first one, except it had a massive boost to mobility.

Ten more Kroot to fill the requirement, and then the list ends on two Riptides, which are fantastic big models with some seriously deadly ranged weapons. Just don’t let the enemy charge them!
